From Sea-Tac Airport via Tacoma to MRC at Keyport

(Approximately 70 miles; Estimated Driving Time 90 Minutes):

Leaving Sea-Tac Airport follow the signs to I-5 South. On I-5 South, go toward Tacoma and Portland , OR . Just past the Tacoma Dome Stadium (on your right) take Washington State Hwy 16 West (Exit 132), and after crossing over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge continue approximately 20 more miles until Hwy 16 ends and becomes State Hwy 3 North. Follow Hwy 3 North toward Silverdale/Poulsbo for approximately 15 miles to State Hwy 308 ( Bangor Sub-Base/Keyport NUWC Exit). Exit onto State Hwy 308 East (right turn). Proceed past an ARCO (AM/PM) gas service station, and continue past the entrance to NUWC Keyport (third traffic light) to second street on left beyond NUWC entrance: Poulsbo Avenue . Turn left onto Poulsbo Avenue , at which time you will see the two-story BAE SYSTEMS office building (and the Whiskey Creek Steak House to its right). MRC ’s offices are in the BAE building. Park in lot on left side of BAE building, and enter via door on parking lot side of building. Check in at security window, or use courtesy phone on wall to notify MRC (8832) of your arrival or contact a BAE secretary (8886) who can locate MRC ’s representative, Elton Ellis.)

From Sea-Tac Airport via Tacoma and Silverdale (Silverdale Hotel) to MRC at Keyport

(Approximately 65 miles; Estimated Driving Time 75-90 Minutes):

Proceed from Sea-Tac Airport (via I-5 South and State Hwy 16) to State Hwy 3 North using directions above. Approximately 11 miles after Hwy 16 becomes Hwy 3 North, exit Hwy 3 at the Kitsap Mall exit and turn right onto Kitsap Mall Blvd. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Silverdale Blvd. At the next traffic light turn left onto Bunklin Hill Road . The Silverdale Hotel is located about one-half mile ahead on the right.

To get to the MRC’s office from the Silverdale Hotel, go North on Silverdale Blvd past the Kitsap Mall and the Silverdale Post Office to Hwy 308 (about 5 miles beyond Post Office). Turn right onto Hwy 308 (ARCO service station on the right), and continue past the entrance to NUWC Keyport (at second traffic light), to the second street on left beyond NUWC entrance: Poulsbo Avenue . Turn left onto Poulsbo Avenue and follow directions above to reach/contact MRC .
