McLaughlin Research Corporation provides comprehensive program/project management and business process improvement services in the following areas:  

·         Program analysis, work breakdown structures, progress reporting, master calendar preparation, management/business plan preparation, support for major technical reviews, and risk analysis based on schedule preparation, cost monitoring, and technical status.

Following are recent examples of MRC’s successful support to ISO certification efforts within the Department of Defense:

·        ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System). MRC provided comprehensive technical and documentation support to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport Range Systems Development business unit’s ISO 9001:2000 effort. This resulted in the unit becoming the first DoD entity to be registered to ISO 9001:2000. MRC provided the following services:

·         Developed the quality manual, quality procedures, internal audit document, and training modules.

·         Reviewed and edited documentation.

·         Prepared cross-reference matrixes for program function responsibilities.

·         Audited system for compliance to ISO 9001:2000 standard.
